You are good and your mercy endures forever…..
I am happy for them….grateful and glad….
My steps are ordered, you are gracious to all men
And I thank you for their lives.
My heart will be right before you
I will not be downcast but hopeful and faithful
I will rejoice in the blessing of others
I will praise God for your name shall be great
It shall be great in the nations
It shall be great in the earth
I choose the way of the Lord
The way of the Lord is sweet to Me
and your word is like a light to my path
And I will walk it.
I thought I knew, once
I thought I knew, everything.
But now I know better……and I am still
I will rejoice in your word
I will rejoice in your process
I will not lose heart
I will declare your love to the nations
I will declare your name in the earth
I will be glad, because YOU have made ME
It is my heart’s desire to dwell with you
And nothing else will take your place.

There is a voice in the wilderness
Crying out
It calls me to come
To cross the river Jordan
And to enter into the promises
The land is filled with Giants
But we can take them
The cities are fortified
But we can storm them
Because the Lord God is with us
Who can be against us?
It will be a mighty battle,
and we will need to be circumcised in heart
We will need the plan, the right plan
From the Captain of the Host
He will go before Us
He will plow the way
And we will walk in victory
If we walk in purity and obedience
Let us have blameless hearts
Blameless lives,
And a love for God and others
Let us go forth to victory
Let us walk in love.
Come, Lord, Lead us!
Lead us on, we are ready
Lead us in……It is time.

You are right………..your thinking is better on these things…..
I must move on, self pity is not the way
But hope, life and peace
I choose you in this moment
And the river of your love
And the river of your love
Let my love be a light to my path
And grant me wisdom to walk the path before me
Without fear and without shame
I have no clue where I am going
Or what I will do
But I am willing
I am able to walk it
I choose to be with you in this moment
To be true and holy
Blameless….
Because everything else is a waste of time….
Some of this stuff is so dull, so out of touch
It’s not worth having…………
And some of it, and some people
have no respect for me………..
Put me where I can do the most good
Where people value me for me
And where their hearts see who I really am…
Not what they want me to be………
Show me your steadfast love………through their lives…
Bring me in……..bring me in………..
bring me home…………..set me in the place
You have prepared for me
Amen.

“you are more than a conqueror,
In Me.
Yeah, you made a fool of yourself
But that’s the past
You’ve said too much that is sideways and wrong
But better that you say stuff,
Than to say nothing.
It may seem that you don’t know what your talking about
But often you are closer to the truth than you realize.
Do you trust me? Trust Me NOW.
I know you…….you are valuable, you are worth having
You are a precious item, not damaged goods.
But what you see is a scaffolding,
Built around your life to prepare you for this next step
And the process you are in is the final stages
Before I take the scaffolding down.
In spite of what you may think
You are ready to move……
And you are a far cry from the man you were
No longer a work in progress
But a work almost complete……
And they still have faith in you,
I still have faith in you
The love is still there
The hope is still there
The need is still there
Do not think so?
Wait and see…….I will show you

Today is a new day
A new beginning
A change of mind
A change of heart
A new focus,
Truth revealed.
I see you standing there,
Pulling me onward
leading me towards your life
Thank you for your grace and mercy
Show me your everlasting love….
It feels like game over
Maybe it is.
But whatever happens, you are there with me
And my eyes will be on you.
No games, no notions,
No motives…….Just you.
Bring me to reality,
Let my imaginations fall away
Until all that is left is you
And your love, your light.
Until I have found your rest.
And there is where I will stay.

Of kindness and severity.
I am clueless……..that’s my fault
But you love me where I am
I want to serve you…….to get my mind back
To love others and to be a light
To shed your light all around
No motives, no aims
Just God……
It’s just me and you now
The way it should be…….
The doors are closing around me
And all I see now is your light
Let the light of your counsel surround me
And light my path forward……..
I am out of gas and ideas
So come and show me…..

I will keep my mind about your things
I will keep my focus
I will get a new perspective
Your light will be my aim
Your point of view, my view
I will see you in this moment
I will see your heart
You are lovely,
You are more beautiful than the seashore on a sunny day
You are my light in the darkness…….
I change my perspective,
I take the sunglasses of rejection off
I am beautifully and wonderfully made
I am set with a destiny
I see your love poured out to me
You are my redeemer and friend
My friend…..my compatriot…….my love…..
I am held in the grip of your hand….
I can do what I am called to do
Not because of my capability
But because of your wisdom and grace
You enable me to do that which I haven’t the power to do
Because your power dwells in Me.
I will run, I will choose to run
I will get up and go.
I will find my place and work hard
I will humble myself and serve
I am choosing your life in this moment
To be holy and true
To believe you
And to realize the truth of how I am made……..
That is my aim.

The games are over.
The childish things put away.
I am sitting here, alone…..
Looking up to you in faith
I am waiting for you
Sitting still…..without pretense,
Without motive…….
Listening……
I have no more ideas
No more notions
Only faith that you will show up
And do something good…….
So help me out here….
Show me the way through…….
And I’ll be your light…..
I want to see reality…….
The way it is…..
Not worse, not better…..but as you see it.
then I want to help
I’ll take what ever place you give me……
It’s all right……
No games……no aims…….just me.
I am out of options, out of ideas

Shine your light out, your glory
The hope of ages, let it dawn
wait…..it has dawned……

And made all things new.
Even in the darkness, it is like light to me
When you are there.
Show yourself strong, show yourself mighty
In our weakness.
Lead us in to your presence
And we will be transformed

I need you now…….
I have made it to the other side
But now, as I enter a new place
I don’t know where to go
Or what to do……
Come to me, show me……where to go
I choose you in this moment……
That’s why I am here…..
Show me……..show me……

Make clear your intention, your heart
Make your mind known to me….
Reveal in me the way through and I will walk it…..
I’ve made it……I am here……too little, too late
But you can make something out of this, I know it.
I am on time in your plans,
and My plans are like smoke in the wind
Better left dead………

None of my notions are left…….
So show me your true vision…..
