Every job I take is like a class where God has a particular thing He wants to teach me.
My first job was with my Grandfather…..and it was about having a work ethic and discipline. It was about learning to value the work and the people you are working with. It was about doing a good job and seeing that when those days are gone, you cannot get those things back.
My second job was at a radio station……it was about learning to be still and to listen to God……not to find my self worth in doing things but in being something towards him. It was about spending long periods of time doing relatively nothing, followed by short periods of time when all hell broke loose. It was about staying focused in the down time so that you were ready when things happened.
My Third Job was security, but it was really about interaction and learning to deal with all sorts of different personalities. Learning to relate, learning rules of relationships and how to manage difficult people and situations.
This job is about a single question: Who do you think you are, Adam? My self-view is often what gets me into trouble, and what causes me to act strange. Do I really believe in who I am and who God says I am? Am I a champion? Am I an overcomer? Do I have what it really takes? Or am I a foolish man bent on foolish things?
God says, “You are a champion. You are a winner. You are a hero. The only problem is with your point of view…….if you come to me and bring your life into agreement with mine then you will see what you are and act in accordance with my view. Your problem is that you believe the enemy’s press about you and when you respond to that you act like what you are not really on the inside. Get a new view of who you are.”
That is what repentance really means. To find out who you REALLY are and to come into agreement with God’s verdict on your life. The bible says that the enemy was overcoming the saints until the Ancient of Days rendered a verdict on behalf of the saints. I think his verdict is more about who He sees the saints as than a verdict against the enemy.
Am I a champion…..? Yeah, I guess I am…….in spite of myself and because of who He is. But that’s the kind of person God always chooses……….I guess because it displays His glory…….and that is what is important.

To embrace holiness for a purpose
liberation……….deliverance…….
Life………..
Show us the better way,
Show us how to be ourselves in a new way
Show us who we really are
Reveal us in your glory
Reveal us in your truth
Show us your kindness and severity
Awaken us to you
Awaken our hearts to you….
“Love me without reserve
Love me entirely, completely
Let me breathe upon you
And teach you to live
To become YOU…
The You I see you to be
The You that the lost need you to be
The you that is submerged in ME
The upturned face,
Towards Heaven, Towards me
A true light of one saved by grace
A lover of God, A light of salvation

Most High……I have so much to learn…….so much to lose and so much listening to do………to hear and respond…..then act……to believe what you have said…..and to believe in my friends……..
“Be Holy…….Be Still……….Learn to Listen…..but mostly learn to hope and choose joy in this moment……..BE YOU……and I will be myself to you and through you to others……….stop complicating things by overthinking them……….learn to abide and to live from the place of the joy of the Lord and My Peace…….choose My peace
Be changed and see this moment as a turning point…..away from those things in the past and to a more steady and righteous future……not only for yourself, but in everyone………see this season as a purifying process to prepare for the days to come.”
Deliver me from self-pity……….and self-aggrandizement…….let me always live in awe of you……to be humble and still and to believe the best about myself and others……show me the way to dwell in your presence and to become a true friend………

Yeah……let it be so in ME……let it be the way you want it to be…….I lay my issues to rest at your feet…..to become……a man OF God and an expression of God to others………

Believe in Me,
I Am the way THROUGH
Even in the midst of this storm,
I Am your Help and your Counsel
I Am the one who lifts you up

Learn to live in the storm without fear,
To trust in, cling to and rely on Me

These are the days of Wonder
And days of hope………
Life is bursting forth
and things do not seem as hopeless
as they often appear to be
I’ve seen the heart of the matter
what matters and what doesn’t
I get the message God:
We are like flowers
Who bloom today and tomorrow are gone
Value what is and not what is not
Worry less about what people say
And more about become the Love of God
To all men.

Love and Love again
Until you become Love
Then He can do what He promised to do
That is the heart of the matter
When You see his passion, his love
Then the cost is so seemingly small
Let it be so in me……I want to see it again
To be revealed again, To know again
The depths of your joy………the hope of my calling
Your Love for the Father, His love through you
For His Children……..to call them home
I will call them in…….I will be your word
Spoken in time…..the word of Christ
To a hopeless generation.
