One of the principles of maneuver warfare.

1. In the example of the arch, the keystone is a “center of gravity” (in the strategic, not literal sense). Notably, it is not a “weakness,” nor a “strength” of the system (arch), but rather a source or enabler of strength. In war, centers of gravity are not absolute, but instead relative to the adversary’s character, methods, objectives, and plans. (In the First and Second World Wars, for instance, one of the Allied powers’ strategic centers of gravity was the secure industrial capacity of the United States, which Germany targeted indirectly by means of submarine warfare.) If centers of gravity have a universal or defining attribute, it is this: attacking them successfully has a cascading or catastrophic effect on enemy morale, organization, and operations. Centers of gravity exist at every level of war, and the epitome of maneuver is for a unit to upset an enemy center at one or more levels higher than its own level of organization, and to do so with minimal combat.

so a center of gravity in maneuver warfare are key people, positions that if removed have a cascading effect on the enemy army. For example homosexuals comprise 6 percent of the united states, but they are pushing their agenda upon 80 percent who do not agree with their lifestyle and they are gaining ground. Why? because they have captured the key leverage positions in government, entertainment, education, business that allow them to use their power with leverage against the 80 percent. Another example would be the 6 percent of radical muslims who control the middle east against the other 94 percent.

The key in understand the change that God is making from what we were doing is understanding the changes in the culture in the last 120 years. 120 years ago we did not have as many trained professionals and the information and training structures for laypeople in the church was not as extensive. As a result, the church structure was designed to conserve and make the best use of the shortage of trained professionals. But recently with the development of the conference structure, the Internet and mass media publication of Christian materials, we now have a generation of people who have better training as a generation than anyone in history.

Now we must translate that training into effective application. But to do that the leadership and church structure must change to facilitate the changes in the culture(which is far different) and the changes in people in general. The basic change can be seen in how the leadership is structure. Instead of one pastor doing 18 things, we have 6 leaders doing 3 things. The leadership is decentralized with more autonomy and creativity of leadership being expected of frontline leaders and upper management and leadership focusing more on the big picture. So the idea with our pastor is not so much that they are paid to speak as they are being paid to find the person the Holy Spirit is speaking through and bring them to the fore. The same with the worship leader. They are a facilitator that finds who God is expressing himself through and emphasizes them. It is no longer the Spirit emphasizing himself through a few people, but many people and the leaders are there to keep it within reasonable bounds……….like a playground……..go out there and have fun, but no fighting, pulling hair etc……..keep it within reasonable bounds.

We create a framework like a series of playgrounds, where we set the task we feel the Spirit wants to do, then release the players to accomplish it in the way the Spirit best leads them to do it. As long as they don’t get too out of order we step back and let them do their thing. Once the objective is reasonably accomplished, then we move to the next stage or playground……………

The idea then is to train the body of Christ into highly organized groups of highly motivated people. Their job is to find the center of gravity in each section or playground that they are assigned to and to accomplish or take the key objective in the playground. So in worship the goal is to find the message that is proceeding out of the mouth of the Father and to communicate to bring the body into agreement with that message through the vehicle of creativity. It is one part Teaching, but also one part prophecy. The teaching is the mind of God that informs the lyrics, the prophecy is the heart of God that informs the music and the musicians need both teaching and prophetic skills in order to become the effective interpreters that can bring agreement on earth that is in heaven.

As a leader then, you are looking to train your worshippers into people who are creative and excellent, but also effective teachers of the word, and prophetically trained and linked to the Spirit. They are not trying to ‘get the congregation into it’ as much as they are trying to bring them into union with the message of heaven. Using the tools of the different sounds of the generations to build the message. This means that creatively they need to be able to employ older music as effectively as younger music, but to be loyal to neither……they must be loyal to the message and use whichever sound most clearly and effectively expresses that heart. Older music expresses the heart of God differently and for different purposes, because the purposes of God for that generation were different then they are for the younger generation now. Think of each generation’s music like a different kind of tool in a carpenters tool box: a hammer, a drill, a saw, etc…….. And the worshipper is trained to know which tools to use in which configuration so as to accomplish their objective.

So each of the elders is like a tool too, or a different kind of word in the arsenal of God. You employ whichever one most closely represents the heart and mind of God…….That’s the idea…………you don’t just use one kind all of the time…..you mix and match to find the right composition……..kind of like cooking or build a building…………lots of little teams constructed to accomplish different roles and to bring a different expression of the Spirit to the table.

EXAMPLE: So what if we to 50 people who loved drama and broke them down into 10-15 teams of 2 to 5 people. Each team would then learn 3-5 different short 2 minute skits of varying principles of the Bible. that were easy to remember and they could do anywhere at any time. Then as the Spirit inspired them, they could employ these in services, or in walmart, or burger king…..anywhere………voila……..mobile warfare.

EXAMPLE 2: So what if we got all of the video people together and had them do about 50-100 short little video sketches that were all categorized under various subjects of the bible. These projects could be queued up and played at any time, in a service. Imagine you are in a worship service, and in the middle of this service you could play a video that just so happens to go along with the flow of worship…….or a drama…….or a dance……….It’s been prepared months before…….but it has been waiting for its day of release…………….that is mobile warfare.

Whatever happens after that………doesn’t matter

To see the heart of the matter

Broken bread and poured out wine

God is not a God of Order. He is a God of His order.

What is the difference between Samson and Samuel?

What is the difference between a sacrifice and an appointed sacrifice?

What is the difference between the anointing and the presence of the Holy Spirit?

You cannot violate God’s order for expediency or success-in doing so you will work counter to God’s ultimate purpose and redemption of others.

God is faithful to work out His order and process to our ultimate Good. Even if at times it seems that God has lied or stands against us-God will vindicate Himself and the actions in the end—But the current process is designed to work something in o9r out of you—The faster you find that thing out and co-operate with Him, the faster you can get out of this dry, hard place.

>The key in reaching the culture is Twofold: To have a relevant means of speaking to the culture and THE message that proceeds from the mouth of the Father. To have one without the other is to risk being either a Samson or a Pharisee.

>The issue is not with always using Religious phrasings in your creativity, but always dealing with the will-issues that the Father presents and dealing with them in a way that best represents HIS heart to His Lost Children.–Jesus Represented His Father at least half the time with plain everyday stories with little or no religious language in them. He didn’t have to put those things in there because He knew the Father.

>Why is it that we have one group of Religious Pharisees who are stuck in a religious framework with no language to relate to a dying culture and another group that are like Samson who enter into the culture with a relevant language but no strong relationship or message of the Father who are quickly captured and made slaves of the enemy’s machines?

Where are the interpreters who have the ability to translate from one language of Heaven and the Church to a language of business, arts, government, family, education, communications WHILE staying faithful to the Father’s message, saying it in a way that provokes real agreement with His will?

Why is it one or the other? Where are the people who actually LISTEN to what the Holy Spirit says?

Where are the Explorers who venture out into the unknown, taking the heart of the Father for the Lost sheep with them and are willing, like Joseph, to change their appearance completely and have Egyptian dress but a Hebrew heart? Who enter into new realms carrying the simple of Love of the Father for His children that transcends language?

Sometimes churches and religious people have Christian language, but no heart of the Father and no message of heaven. And they are like the exploiters of the 15^th and 16^th centuries who wen to foreign lands to exploit the natives and to kill them. They see an opportunity not a need. What good is it to have religious language if the message and the heart is not of our Father………? It is a deception of a whitewashed sepulcher that belies the true dead nature within.

Yet on the other hand, some people in the culture who claim to be serving God in relevance are like parrots……their message is like everyone else’s……so what’s the difference? I see thousands of people running around with their fingers in the air trying to figure out where the wind is blowing next so that they can follow it……..how does that help people? Wouldn’t it be better to find the message of heaven? Then you wouldn’t have to run around with your finger in the air testing the winds……..you would know what is coming………why is it that those who are creative are not born of the Spirit and seem to have so little knowledge of the message of Heaven. (Oh God help us to see you!) It’s either messages that nobody understands or messages that are EXACTLY like what everyone else is doing…….so what’s the point…….how does that help anyone? It doesn’t………..

But if we find people who can do both……the message and the medium……..like we see in a Tolkien or a Lewis for example…….people who understand the principles of the Bible, the message of heaven and have a creative medium……….they seem to dramatically impact history for the better…………..Oh to have a generation of people who do the same!

When such a generation arises, There will be a symmetry that emerges from those who are willing to be faithful to the Lord’s message, when each of them interpret it into the language of the arena of culture that they are called to that causes each message that emerges from each faithful ambassador of God to rise up like a thread of light and to connect with other threads of light from other ambassadors in other arenas and they come together in a harmonious tapestry that reveals the perfection of the person of Christ and the divine orchestration of His kingdom.

But we must find those who will be faithful to both the Message of heaven and be willing to be an interpreter who brings the message of heaven like an interpreter to where they are in a language they understand. Jesus was the word of the Father, an interpreter who was an expression of the Father to a world lost in darkness…….how can we be a word of Jesus, even as He is the word of the Father?
